It is our driving goal to establish an indepth working relationship between Golf Resorts & Courses and Travel Professionals world wide. Travel Professionals (Travel Agents more so) and Golf Resorts have never linked up to the point of driving more sales into each of their businesses. It is our plan here at GolfFams to be used to close this gap and greatly increase that connection between the two Industries.

Retail Marketing System- Very high niche marketing system where, once a Golf Resort has posted a Fam on GolfFams, it qualifies the resort to place all their Retail Packages on our site as well. These Retail packages are shared with the Travel Agents' Retail Clients who are seeking to travel to your resort during the times your Retail promotional is running. This will be a VERY POWERFUL tool in the hands of Resorts and Travel Agents alike.
Access to a seperate User Menu - Where you can create a profile for your location or you can add a picture or any amount of content into our system. Great promotional tool for Golf Resorts. Once you have registered, your Home Page (profile)can be seen by simply typing in www.golffams.com/(username).
EPostCards- Here you can email out to a select few a postcard of your choosing with the custom wording you desire on it. Agents will also have this same ability to send to their Retail Clients if a picture of your Resort has been made available. Travel Agents will be able to send out the Retail Travel Questioniare to ALL retail clients using our new Marketing System.
Link & Banner Exchanges - We can help you gain more ranking in the Search Engines as you help us do the same. We push our GolfFam Link Partners in every newsletter, which we will be issueing weekly. We will also highlight certain ones from time to time.
 The President's List - You will be able to email the Staff and request a President's List member to come to your location, perform a full write up, take video and pictures and speak with your staff to develop a comprehensive presentation on our site. These writeups will be included on ALL of our advertising areas for 1 month and will be highlighted in our Newsletters all month long.  Corporate History
After being in the Travel industry for several years, our founder saw an inherent need for a connection between the Fam offerings to Travel agents and Golf Resorts. The few companies in existance offering listings of Fams were not only broad and unorganized in their presentations, but none were focused specifically to the Golfing Industry. In it's creation, we realized that our company would have to meet high expectations to adequately serve the prestigious sport of Golf, remaining above reproach.
We began creating GolfFams.com in Feburary of 2006 within our home office. Since that time the website has evolved into a "mega site", capable of handling a virtually unlimited amount of Fams, as well as Visitors. GolfFams was designed to be community based. From FULL chat rooms, Private Chat Rooms, Forums, PartnerLinks, Picture Gallery's, Blogs, RSS Feeds and Podcasting ability - we have developed a servicing system that surpasses even our initial vision.
From a meager budget (actually no budget) and a great idea, GoflFams was truly started by a leap of faith. Gathering a hogde-podge group of programmers and designers, the team set out to create the vision. By May of 2006, a Programmer/Project Manager was "hired" to oversee and organize the evergrowing demands of emerging ideas. Six months later unnumbered early morning to late night workdays produced the first GolfFam site of it's kind.
Our vision to host more than double the number of Fams listed on other sites, and to have these niched specifically to Golfer's brings the goal to 5000 listings, offering these specific Fams to Travel Agents, Media and Writer's. We will host a number of Live Video Podcastings, enabling the growth of both Travel Agents and Media as well as Resorts. A dynamic marketing program to aid Travel Agents in subtaincially increasing their bookings is the next innovative addition to the site. We aim to accomidate over 100,000 registered members within the next 24 months, growing rapidly as we continually ad expanded ideas and concepts. With the level of unlimited ingenuity coupled with good old fashioned hard work, we expect the future of GolfFams.com to be a bright one.
