One short year ago, the greatest champions in golf returned to Pinehurst to be tested by a masterpiece. As we look back to the 2005 U.S. Open, we can remember the final round on No. 2 - the fall of Retief Goosen and charming Jason Gore, Tiger\'s demise on the last three holes...and an emerging champion who stayed the course: Michael Campbell, with a final 69.

Pinehurst Delta Connection

Fly directly to Pinehurst...Delta returns commercial air service to the Moore County Airport, located 7 miles from Pinehurst Resort. Delta Connection carrier ASA will offer regional jet service from Atlanta beginning June 22, 2006. Special introductory rates are available for a limited time.
